The post series highlighted above highlights aspects of pre-investing that people don’t really think about. There is a lot of thought that goes into investing before any investing happens. Robinhood as a company is incredible at providing tips and tricks such as these. This type of post by Robinhood is a prime example of communication as action through a medium that is incredibly useful for the rapid dispersal to the masses. I must say that there wasn’t much of any useful interaction to this post by customers.

Most responses had to do with the fact that crypto as it is handled on the Robinhood app doesn’t allow the freedom of holding the currency in your own wallet and transferring it out. Truth be told I myself know very little about crypto as I don’t trade it.

Focusing on the post(s) above, Robinhood’s goal more than anything is to put financial/investing information out to their customers, what they do or don’t do with that information is entirely up to them. Through this post it is clear that Robinhood holds to their motto of truly being centered around making the act of investing as painless as possible for the everyday investor, the people who want to get into it without paying tremendous fees.
