Robinhood’s Announcement about Crypto Currency “Wallet” Integration

Robinhood has caught a lot of flak for their handling of cryptocurrency on their app. How it stands now is that much like stock investing your investments are tied to the app. This is standard but crypto is an exception to this rule. People traditionally make their own “wallets” . Wallets are where your private keys are stored keeping your crypto safe and accessible. They also allow you to send, receive, and spend cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. People who buy crypto traditionally have an incredible amount of control over their wallets. The way Robinhood integrated crypto didn’t allow access to the wallet or transfering crypto to customer’s private wallets. With Robinhood’s new announcement that wallets will be fully integrated peoples complaints have been heard and taken seriously.

The people at Robinhood have heard the demands of their customers and have done everything in their power to live by their motto “Investment for All”. and Robinhood’s users could not be happier.

This is the kind of positive communication and engagement that has been lacking between Robinhood as a business and their followers and the fact that the developers of robinhood hear their customers and make changes that the user’s ask for shows the incredible strides robinhood as an institution is making in the investment world.
